Seller was amazing to deal with- very responsive & made sure I received my item just in time for my wedding. Item was well made, picture was cropped perfectly. Just a heads up, this charm is pretty small! Didnt realize that but doesnt take away from the great quality.

She was super easy to work with and provided me a proof to make sure it was to my liking. Additionally, the process was super simple and shipping was quick! I also appreciated that I was able to choose how I wanted to attach the charm on my bouquet - I opted for both the pin and ribbon since I wasn't sure and it was better to be on the safe side. I ordered this special clip for my wedding day with just a week away was nervous I was too late to order something with my grandparents who have passed and my mother in law who was recently in a accident and is in a coma I wanted them with me on my special day.
