🧾 Supplies You’ll Need

Once you have the Printable Rose files available in our Etsy shop here:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/4481423263

Basic Supplies:

  • Printer
  • Paper: 8.5″x11″ computer paper, cardstock or glossy/brochure paper to print your roses
  • Scissors
  • Tape or double-sided tape (works best)
  • Sticks”: Some sort of stick to place the roses on (ex. wooden grill skewers, candy boxes, fun pencils, individually wrapped beef sticks, etc)
  • Basket/Container (fun container like a decorative basket, plastic container, ice bucket, plastic/metal/glass cup, popcorn bucket, tumbler, etc)
  • Filler for basket/container (optional) such as candy, a foam flower piece, cut crinkle paper, tissue paper, etc as filler in the bottom of the container to help keep the flowers in place
  • Items to fill your basket (favorite candy, gift cards, small gifts, shirt, themed items, etc)
  • Greeting Card (optional)

Some of my favorite places to grab supplies from include:

  • Walmart (bonus: use Walmart+ delivery 🙌)
  • Dollar Tree (local and fast if you need it right away)
  • Amazon

💡 Pro Tip: Keep a couple neutral baskets or containers at home so you can make a gift anytime!

🖨️How to Print

  1. Open the file Use Adobe Reader (recommended) or any PDF reader.
  2. Choose your page & print
  • Go to: File → Print
o Select “Print Current Page” (this is SUPER important so you don’t print every page!)
    o Paper size: 8.5” x 11”
o Choose “High Quality” for Output Quality for printing
o Size: 100% (full size) (or actual size)→ Roses will be about 3” tall x 3.25” wide
    Optional:
  • Turn borderless printing ON or OFF (both work great!)
  • Print smaller (like 50%) if you want mini roses

Paper ideas: Regular printer paper, Cardstock (more sturdy 👍), Glossy photo/brochure paper, Iridescent or specialty paper for a fun effect✨ Glossy/brochure paper will give best results & vibrant colors.
👉TIP: Always print ONE test page first to make sure everything looks perfect!

✏️ Want to Customize Your Own?
While fonts, colors, and wording in the designed roses can’t be edited, we’ve got you covered!
We included blank roses in a ton of additional colors (including white) so you can:

  • Write your own message
  • Add names, dates, or inside jokes
  • Let kids color or draw a design on their own roses
Just grab a pen, marker, or Sharpie and make it yours!

✂️ Cutting Tips

  1. Cut out your roses & stems
  • Cut along the black outline
  • You may need to trim stems slightly shorter depending on what you’re attaching them to as you might not need them that long

💐Build Your Bouquet!

  1. Attach & create! Use tape or double-sided tape to attach your roses to items like: Wrapped Beef Sticks, Wrapped String Cheese, Candy, Gift Cards, Wooden Skewers, etc. Then build your bouquet! Get creative with your “vase”: Candy containers, Popcorn Buckets, Ice buckets, Metal or Plastic Buckets, Drink Tumblers, Glass or Plastic Cups, etc. Anything fun you can think of! Add tissue paper, easter grass, crinkle paper/shred, candy etc to fill the bottom of your container before adding your roses.
🌹 Make one flower or a full bouquet — it’s totally up to you!
