This personalized pet urn tag is a beautiful remembrance that can be placed around the top of their urn.

Choose from a faux gold or silver marble graphic effect, and features your pets photo and wording of your choice. Their name is emphasized with a beautiful heart font. This is for 1 pet urn tag only (NOT an urn).

This pet urn plate should only be used indoors. The size of this personalized pet urn tag is 1-1/8” X 2” and made of aluminum and is single sided. A ball chain will also come with this pet urn tag.

Seller was wonderful to work with. She contacted me right away and provided pictures of the product to choose from. I ordered on a Friday and it was on its way to me on Monday. The tag for the urn looked exactly like the picture and is beautiful. It is a perfect tribute to my fur baby. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
