   Steph is very communicative. Before I purchased one of her keychains I messaged her to see if the photo I was using would work or if I needed to find another one. She replied quickly and was able to make it work. When items arrived it was so beautiful and the recipient loved the keychain so much.    The keychain was beautiful. It was for my daughter to remember her best friend who passed away. The staff was wonderful, and got the keychain to us in a few days. We will do business here again.
