♥ Process: I personalized these engraved tie bars with a professional grade USA Fiber Laser in our workshop. The PERMANENT marking is a smooth blackish permanent mark added to the top of the personalized tie bar (NOT engraved or not stamped!). If you choose the black bar necklace it will have a permanent whitish/gray mark for personalization so you can see the words.
